I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, with training and experience in Emotionally Focused Couples and Systemic Family Therapies. My interest and expertise are in supporting families, couples, and individuals with the adjustments required to relieve emotional strain that present as anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, grief, and marital dissatisfaction. My special interests are working with women over 50 and people from the Caribbean.
