They may be living with anxiety, OCD, trauma, or chronic stress, and are ready to understand how these experiences show up in their body, thoughts, and relationships. They want to feel more regulated, connected, and free—less stuck in patterns of fear, shame, or avoidance. They're not looking for a quick fix but are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. They want tools that work, a therapist who sees them, and a space where they can safely face the things they've been avoiding.
