I am a warm and compassionate therapist working with adults and youth ages 10+. For adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, moral injury, or burnout, I offer non-judgmental listening and tools to move forward. I have a special affinity for working with caregivers, HSPs (highly sensitive people), creatives, and folks interested social change. I am a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America and an LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapist.
