I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, carry trauma or chronic stress, or have spent years in talk therapy without experiencing the deeper internal shifts they hoped for. They often struggle with nervous system dysregulation, looping thoughts, shutdown, or difficulty feeling present in their bodies. Their needs center around safety, regulation, clarity, and connection. They want tools that help them calm their nervous system, understand their emotional patterns, and build a more stable internal foundation.
