Service Administration Degree from the University of Chicago. His work as the principal contributor to a major grant from the Department of Justice, whose focus was to prevent at risk youth from entering the juvenile detention centers in Chicago, was a motivating factor in pursing his clinical training to further his outreach and impact. Utilizing a Family Systems approach with compassionate listening, Orlando creates a safe environment to explore and heal from regrets, resentment and trauma while assisting in identifying paths for change.
