You don’t have to choose between divorce and staying stuck in the same painful cycle. I work with people in strained relationships who feel worn down by constant arguments, emotional distance and unresolved hurt. My clients are couples who can't stop fighting and no longer feel close, coparents who want to do better for their children but feel trapped in conflict, couples reeling after infidelity, and parents trying to repair relationships with estranged children. I also work with individuals who are struggling in their relationships and need clarity, direction and support to understand what is happening and what to do next.
