As a Clinical and Organizational Psychologist my practice includes individual and couple psychotherapy along with life and career coaching. My office is conveniently located just off Exit 23 South of the Hutchinson River Parkway.The practice builds on over 25 years of experience helping clients bring desired change to their personal lives and careers. In addressing personal challenges I have helped clients cope with difficulties in relationship, anxiety, depression, young adults attempting to form independent lives, couples experiencing highly conflicted relationship; parents grappling with adolescents/students facing academic and social/emotional hurdles, mourning, living with spouses who struggle with addiction, job loss . In addressing career challenges I have helped clients increase their sense of confidence and best present their talents and experience to succeed in career entry, reentry or change. I have also helped professionals at various levels advance career goals by expanding their influencing and negotiation skills to promote collaboration with peers, superiors or clients.
