I am here to listen and understand your distress, clarify your goals and support you in the process of changing feelings and interactions. You will find me easy to talk to, deeply caring, motivating and empowering. I treat adults and children who struggle with anxiety and depression, issues of self esteem , medical crisis, career related issues and adjustment to major life transitions. A large part of my practice focuses on relationship problems with significant others, intimacy and sexuality, parenting to children and adolescents. I specialize in supporting families in crisis due to divorce, substance abuse or financial crisis.
