I believe that healing and wellness in therapy begin with a relationship rooted in trust and authenticity. I therefore seek to create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their vulnerabilities and make meaning of their life experiences. No matter the problem, whether feeling stuck; experiencing relational difficulty; unresolved childhood issues; addiction; chronic pain; a challenging life transition; trauma; or behavior and mood-related issues, such as eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, I bring to treatment unwavering support, compassion, curiosity, and insight, as we work through such problems.
