I love working with individual adults, teens and parents regarding a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, shame, anger, addictive behaviors, and difficult relationship patterns. Often without realizing it, we spend so much of our energy avoiding and managing our pain, that we have little left over to pursue the lives we want and the people we want to become. I enjoy exploring how people's stories impact who they are, and what is keeping them from greater wholeness.
