Congratulations on taking the first step in your healing journey! It is not always easy, or comfortable, to reach out for help. I aim to cultivate a space that is, welcoming, healing and transformative for clients - a space where clients can feel comfortable to be their authentic self. My intention is that my clients leave our session feeling lighter than when they arrived. My purpose is to empower my clients to tap into their innate power to heal their minds and to successfully navigate through the obstacles of life. My ideal client is someone who is open-minded to the therapeutic process and someone who is committed and ready to begin their journey of embracing their highest self! My hope is that you discover a part of yourself that you never knew exited.
