English | español I take a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to therapy, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals manage PTSD, stress, and life transitions. I listen closely to understand each client’s existing strengths—what already comes naturally to them—and build on those abilities to support growth and change. Therapy is collaborative and practical, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, insight, and coping skills that can be used outside of sessions. I aim to provide a calm, structured, and supportive space where clients feel understood and able to move forward at their own pace.
