Welcome! Thank you for visiting my page. I work specifically with older adults, people with disabilities and their caregivers. I believe that all stages in life present both opportunities and challenges and there is beauty in both. We can all get "stuck" in grief, loss, depression, anxiety and adjustment to health or life changes. I am a strengths based clinician who believes that everyone has the power to move through life's changes becoming "unstuck" while maintaining their identity and sense of empowerment.
