My ideal client is an individual who feels as if their world is beginning to unravel emotionally, socially, spiritually and physically. Often such feelings are precipitated by acute, post traumatic or situational stress. Personal relationships often begin to show signs of strain and bouts of depression and anxiety are constant companions. For me the process of psychotherapy is based in a relationship where my clients are afforded an opportunity to open up inner hurts and past trauma in a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment. My office setting is relaxing and reflects my deep commitment to my clients well being.
