We have qualified therapists to assist with a variety of mood disorders and life transitions that are difficult to navigate. We recognize that in the current world of wanting everything to fit in a certain box, you may not want to do that. Our goal is to help you and your family work on developing and cultivating long term success managing the entirety of what's happening, not just pushing through to medications and cookie cutter skills. The therapists at Outside of the Box Counseling Services are uniquely connected to the First Responder community, and have experience working with law enforcement, firefighters, EMT's and their families. We recognize that at times, the strategies to get through the shift are more taxing than most people realize and want to help you navigate them successfully
