I specialize in helping those suffering from depression, anxiety, DID, PTSD, Trauma, Interpersonal violence, co-dependency, coping skills, and many more. I utilize the following modalities of therapy to determine what is best for my clients in their way: EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on an individual basis, Solution-Focused therapy, and Interpersonal therapy.
