I cherish offering nurturing therapeutic relationships that encourage genuine character growth and change. I specialize in trauma, compulsivity, personality disorders, sexuality, sexual/gender identity, relationship concerns, and spiritual/existential issues. I utilize a psychodynamic, trauma-informed approach with an emphasis on building a robust therapeutic relationship together, because working with you is a privilege I take seriously. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, we won't just improve mental health symptoms together: you will find greater joy and self-appreciation, and more meaning in your life and relationships. Therapy works best when our relationship is strong, safe, and caring, and provides a rich space to explore. In building this relationship, you will experience empathy, insightful perspectives, and a deep sense of presence supported by my daily meditation practice. I provide an accepting but challenging space in which to achieve change and healing.
