I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their authentic selves. With roots as a Clinical Psychologist and Adjunct Professor at the University of Havana, I bring over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in Cuba and the United States. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and previously taught Cognitive Psychology at the University of Havana before relocating to the U.S.
