Anxiety, Trauma & Identity-Affirming Therapy for Teens & Adults in Connecticut Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. I work with older teens, young adults, and adults in Connecticut who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-esteem challenges, stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure how to make sense of their experiences. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused care, we’ll work toward clarity, emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
