In these unprecedented times, therapy offers a relational support space for activated anxiety, depression, complex trauma & grief. It's also a space for emerging identities and developing self-awareness. My approach to care includes body-based psychotherapy, identity formation, self-esteem, attachment dynamics, trauma-based CBT and recovery from high-control relationships, religions or cultish communities.
