I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples and families who are facing challenges that affect their quality of life. I see individuals who struggle with anger, anxiety, depression and mood swings, which may be coupled with addictive thinking or behaviors, to help find calm amidst the chaos in one's life. I believe couples are a system, yet individually bring their own pain that is transmitted to one's partner. I am committed to helping couples transform their own pain with the support of their partner to be available to the joys of a committed partnership.
