Seeking therapy can be intimidating and challenging, especially during difficult times. It is my goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where compassion, empathy, and acceptance are at the forefront. I’m here to support and guide clients on their path to self-discovery and deeper self-awareness. Clients receive holistic and comprehensive care, with regular collaboration involving external support providers such as school personnel, healthcare providers, and specialists. Referrals for wraparound services are also provided to ensure continuity of care. My specialty areas include kids, teens, young adults, and parent coaching.
