As a therapist with over 25 years of experience in counseling, I offer warmth, understanding and the ability to sit with you as we explore your life experience in support of your goals. I know how stress and trauma can disconnect us from life, relationships and meaning. There may be past hurts, trauma and disappointments that have stolen your vitality or sent parts of you into the shadows. All parts of you are welcome here. I frequently support clients working through depression, panic, trauma, addiction, grief and loss. I work with adults and couples as they navigate life transitions - jobs, relationships, wellness.
