If you are going through a painful experience or life transition, it’s normal to experience many emotions. Talking with a professional can help you process what you're going through, navigate difficult emotions and situations, and assist you in problem-solving. I am a Gottman trained therapist, which has particular benefit for couples. I'm available for individual or couple sessions, and I work with clients over age 17.
