I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is the relationship we build together. Feeling safe, seen, and supported is the foundation of trauma work. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting. I specialize in helping individuals with complex PTSD (C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, and chronic stress reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their worth, and find relief from persistent symptoms like hypervigilance, emotional numbness, addiction, and codependency. I am also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD and anxiety.
