I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I help clients who has a busy lifestyle, trying to balance their life. I will be there to understand you and to be a support. Having experienced burn out while owning my own business for 30 years. All the while being a mom, I know how stressful and challenging having multiple roles can be. I will be able to relate to your struggles. I also provide equine therapy, using horses as assisted animal therapy. Horses are a great companion for healing techniques for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
