Hey y’all—I’m glad you’re here. I know reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and I’m honored you’re taking this step. I’ve been practicing as a therapist in the Metro Atlanta area since 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with individuals and couples across a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. People come to therapy for many different reasons, and there’s no “right” or “wrong” place to start. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can sit with both the comfortable and uncomfortable moments together.
