I am passionate about helping individuals and couples achieve healing and change in the warmth and safety of a therapeutic relationship. I approach each client with honor and respect as I acknowledge the courage it takes to be vulnerable and willing to change. I specialize in treating anxiety, eating disorders, as well as mental health issues during infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. I enjoy working with a wide range of client issues and find the process most rewarding when the client is motivated and committed to the beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing.
