Wherever you are on your path, I am here to meet and walk with you. I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate grief, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, sexuality and gender, and life transitions. Therapy should be a space where growth is collaborative, creative, and safe. Healing can look and feel differently for everyone, which is why I prioritize a kind, calm, and supportive space for you to explore what your healing looks like.
