Therapy is a journey and lived experience. I deeply value the connection, empowerment, and shifts I get to be apart of in working with people on their therapeutic path. My hope is to empower clients through connection and collaboration and I feel honored to be invited on your journey. In my free time, I practice self-care through my own therapeutic journey, I enjoy playing and watching hockey, I enjoy going on walks and listening to audio books, and spending time with my closest friends and family.
