Accepting new virtual clients! I help high-achieving young adults and twenty-somethings who feel anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed by big life decisions. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, and the pressure to always have it all together. Your 20s are a time of major transitions, including navigating careers, relationships, identity, and independence, all of which can feel overwhelming, especially for high achievers. Past experiences or trauma can add even more weight. In therapy, I offer a supportive space to process what’s beneath the anxiety and build practical tools for coping.
