Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been here before, searching for a counselor can feel overwhelming sometimes. I love to work with individuals facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, trauma, family and relationship issues, life transitions, and low self-esteem. As a former special education teacher and coach, I connect well with neurodivergent individuals, athletes with sports performance anxiety, and educators in need of support. I also have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
