I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in my hometown of Jackson, Wyoming. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Wyoming and feel grateful to support the community that helped shape me. I work with teens, adults, and couples, offering a warm, collaborative space for growth and healing. Therapy services are offered both in person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities in sessions that are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each individual. These include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and The Gottman Method and Sex Therapy.
