You’ve likely arrived here because you’ve been in a dark place. Perhaps you’re tired of carrying around the burden of your trauma, grief or depression. Maybe you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or your loved ones. You don’t have to stay stuck in your old patterns and you don’t have to heal alone. I work with adults, teens, and children and use my warmth and humor to create a space in which you feel heard and prepared to grow. I consider therapy to be a process that is intertwined with social justice and therefore take care in creating a space that can safely house all my clients’ intersecting identities.
