Reaching out for support can be a difficult first step. My goal is to make that step feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with individuals, families, & couples, with both children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, behavioral concerns, and working with individuals with physical intellectual disabilities. I also value the human–animal bond and thoughtfully incorporate this connection into sessions when appropriate. Licensed in MN, WI, and FL; accepting MA/PMAP in MN! I have specialized training in CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Animal Assisted Psychotherapy and Trauma-Focused CBT(TF-CBT). I work with individuals and families of all ages and tailor my approach to meet each person/families unique needs/goals
