I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) providing services to adults and couples. I specialize in trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, relationships, and substance use disorders. I also have experience working with families of children with special needs. Afternoon and evening appointments available. What was your path to becoming a mental health provider? I've had an interesting path to providing mental health. I joined the Marine Corps from high school, and not surprisingly, learned self-discipline. Next was 20 years in health care in various roles, followed by teaching in public school. I earned an MSW with a view to having a clinical practice.
