I'm a warm, conversational therapist who works with children and adolescents. I help kids and families navigate big feelings, challenging behaviors, and the ups and downs that come with growing up. My approach is playful, compassionate, and rooted in helping children understand themselves while giving parents tools to support them at home and school. I specialize in working with children who experience anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and low self-esteem.
