The moments leading up to seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, disheartening, and confusing. It takes courage to ask for support and I am here to help. I work best with clients who are ready for change in their lives. During therapy, I act as guide walking my clients through past struggles, pain, and stuck points bringing them closer to healing and growth. I work from a systemic perspective and adapt my therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. I have experience working with children, adults, couples, and families. My areas of focus include identity work, self-esteem, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, family conflict, and addiction within the family.
