My ideal client is someone who feels stuck — whether it's due to anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or navigating a major life transition. They may feel pressured by expectations (their own or others’) and want to begin the process of prioritizing healthy goals and thought patterns. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space where one can slow down, connect with their emotions, and be fully seen and heard. One may not always know what they need yet — but with a little bit of reflection we can find the root of some of our stress-invoking thought patterns and behaviors.
