About
Hi, I’m Paige—a therapist in Denver who works with individual adults navigating life transitions, anxiety or depression, trauma, identity, self-esteem, relationships, and anything else that feels heavy or difficult to carry alone. Have you ever left a therapy session thinking, “Wow, that really clicked,” only to realize later you can’t quite remember what you talked about? My hope is that our work together feels useful in your real, everyday life. We’ll focus on practical tools and meaningful insights you can take with you outside of sessions, so you feel more grounded, clear, and supported as you move through life. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I work from an Internal Family Systems informed lens, while weaving in mindfulness and connection to the natural world. I also involve a somatic, body-focused lens to help strengthen the relationship between body, mind, and spirit—so you can move toward a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
