Watching children and young adults grow into their best, most authentic selves is my passion. Life’s transitions—whether in childhood, adolescence, or early adulthood—can be challenging. From developmental changes to peer struggles, anxiety, grief, and trauma, I’m here to provide the tools and support needed to navigate life with confidence. Parents play a key role in their child's journey. One type of therapy I offer is Child-Parent Relationship Training sessions during which parents learn key aspects of Child-Centered Play Therapy to implement in their own "special play times" at home, aiding in healthy development.
