I find it a privilege to walk alongside someone on their journey of self-discovery and positive change. We all have experienced challenges in life, yet each of us is different and exhibits a unique set of qualities, talents, and strengths. I love working with both children and adults and also offer family therapy. My goal is to focus on a person as a whole. Their experiences, family of origin, current emotions and relationships are only a few factors that make up who a person becomes and how they learn to relate to the world around them.
