I am a temporary licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience supporting individuals across a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I provide in person therapy for children, adolescents and adults in the Spencer and Storm Lake area. Offering telehealth counseling across Iowa with a focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth. I take a Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach in sessions but integrate all forms of therapy throughout the counseling process.
