Taking the first step to start therapy can be overwhelming. I strive to help my clients feel understood and comfortable by creating a therapy environment where clients can feel empowered to make positive changes in their personal lives. Healing is possible, even after the most difficult experiences. The important thing to know is that you do not have to do it alone. My clinical experience includes helping adults in various settings which include outpatient mental health therapy, inpatient treatment centers, and shelter settings.
