I believe that our childhood experiences, along with cultural and societal narratives, shape how we relate to ourselves and the world, often convincing us of stories about who we are that may not be true. These experiences and stories do not define us. We can use moments of pain and negative thinking to reveal our soft spots and learn how to build strength by sitting with discomfort. My work with clients is grounded in openness and partnership, creating a space that is engaged, genuine, respectful, and sometimes spiced with humor.
