As a wife and mom myself, I understand the quiet exhaustion, the deep love, and the invisible load that piles up day after day. I help women move from overwhelmed and stuck to seen and supported. My approach blends evidence based somatic therapies such as EMDR, and Ego State Work with compassionate, real-life understanding.
