I am accepting new clients virtually in PA & NY and Texas. I help young adults and adults navigate existential questions, life transitions, identity development, codependence self-esteem/self-worth; grief; relational issues; anxiety; depression & trauma. I believe that by building trust within ourselves, we are able to better navigate personal relationships. I think it is vital to look at reoccurring themes in our lives, deconstruct how we make meaning in our lives through the stories we tell, & explore difficult emotions to find acceptance, compassion, & respect for ourselves & others.
