Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, communication breakdowns, or past trauma. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s needs. My foundation includes EFT, Gestalt Therapy, Attachment theory and CBT.
