Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck, angry, hopeless, and ready for change—which are all normal reactions to the near-constant uncertainty and injustice many are facing every day. My clients want to experience healing and ease while also learning new ways to cope with societal pressures and generational patterns of behavior. I have treated a variety of mental struggles, from depression and anxiety to bipolar and trauma. My goal is to work with you in whatever approach feels most relevant, helpful, and accessible to your needs and starting point.
