I am an active participant in the process, asking questions and offering structured guidance and specific ideas. My goal is to empower others to become creative with me as we begin working through the issues. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS).
